Not really, if you go off of hormones every now, or keep doses low or fluctuate and then you won't go sterile as the body quickly recovers. So IRL traps can still have children even if they started early. It's all about proper management.

Estrogen won't really decrease virility, but an androgen blocker will, generally turning cum clear first as the testes shut down and then over the next few months atrophy. Until then it's reversible by just stopping.

Basically an androgen blocker will stop body hair and other signs of virilization while estrogen would do things like cause breast development, so traps like this would be a result of an androgen blocker, not estrogen.
