The scene is not rape. The girl, Risoluto, has the Icon of Truth, and she has sex with Caprice so he may obtain her Icon and thereby any possible fragments of the Darkness in his soul may be destroyed. She has other rape scenes with Caprice in the Dark Route of Arcana, but this is part of her consensual scene in the Light Route of the game.
