I'm not 100% on this since I don't understand the context of the image, but...
The Kanji going across the delicious trap's chest in Roomaji is:
"Jishukisei", meaning 'voluntary restraint;' I don't understand the context. Probably sexual, like usual.
The phrase going vertical from right to left is in Roomaji is:
"Kurapika wa autona kigashita," meaning I believe 'Kurapika is feeling out.'
Anybody correct me if I'm off on these.
