Yes. KS is the only H-game that actually makes you feel guilty for fapping to it. Especially Hanako. First play through, playing by which choices felt natural rather than going for any particular ending, I got Hanako's bad ending. She triggers all of my (over)protective instincts.

Sucks for you anon6. I got her good ending the first time through without knowing anything about the game. Not counting the Kenji ending that I got the very first time I played the game because I didn't know what to do lol. Who else dislikes Kenji?

Probably the unique setup of the game induces a lot more empathy to the characters than other H-games, or any Sim-games for that matter, woud. It's a sign of well-written storyline (another rare trait for H-games)
