This character is actually the main host of a russian show that "copies" the show of Ray William Johnson, =3. It needs to be mentioned that this show is being somewhat original, or rather sarcastic, by forcing the hosts of the other russian copies to appear in it. Which are quite a few, even the RWJ himself is no exception.

A great deal of a character development happened over time. And so the whole thing has actually turned into an "anime" with funny clips in-between.

(Currently Ninel is trying to get out of hell. She got there by refusing the love of a friend who turned out to be a bad loser and also a lesbian witch. Still, don't just assume she was teleported there by magic. She was brutally killed and went to hell, cuz that's obviously what she deserved. The whole thing is also available in English (subtitles) on youtube, if any of you are interested.)

So anyway, this is Ninel chan. Read her name backwards and you get Lenin. Also, she is voiced by a male. Which is not THAT weird for russians, since all the hollywood movies used to be voiced by just one person in the past, lol.
