That's how Motchie designs his characters. They're suppose to look mature, but Motchie seems to change his designs somewhat. He was obsessed with drawing Cima Garahou and that became his art style.

I wish I had more free time, so I could get this good with my art. Back in my school & college days, people used to always ask me to draw shit for them cos I was sick... Fucking jobs and responsibilities of adult life!
