Cosplay can only be done correctly by Asians
These White people (generally White and Black) cannot cosplay.
They suck at it, ruin the characters and urrrgh. Cringe.
These are Asian characters, which can only be personified through Asians.

Naruto characters are various races. For example, Naruto is white, Sasuke is Asian and Killer B is black. It just takes place in a fantasy version of Japan.
