Judging from the words in this picture, it seems the artist had a "what if" in mind. If that's the case, then I've seen a picture that tackles the same concept in mind. But instead of just giving Yoko Nia's outfit, there's noticeably torn clothing, dulled hair color, and possibly paler skin involved. Don't know if the artist of the picture I'm describing would want that picture uploaded on here, though. (Even if some of his artwork is already uploaded on here.)
