Despite all the thumbs-down, I don't hold Anon1's opinion against him. The kid could easily be teenaged. Either way, he's definitly a young teen, and since any -18 is a shota, the tag stands.

Wrong. The shota tag has nothing to do with age, it is body type. If the character looks to be a prepubescent boy and is directly involved in a sexual situation, then the shota tag applies. Being he looks too old to be prepubescent and that the situation is not sexual, this image should not have either the child or shota tag.
