This is pretty much typical GLaDOS, mostly from Portal 2. I'd say this would be her basic look. The Miku GLaDOS is just to be cute (which it is) and that other MMD model for GLaDOS, the grey one, is her Portal look, though, it isn't used often in fan artwork.
