This is from a manga called Kigata ga Kita!, where the protagonist is afflicted by a cursed newspaper that predicts people's misfortunes, and the person who receives it loses part of their lifespan as payment for every issue that comes out, even if they never wanted to receive it; however, if none of the predictions come true, then the newspaper is free. Thus the protagonist seeks to foil the disasters predicted, all caused by various spirits, so that he doesn't lose his life. The above is a form the newspaper is occasionally portrayed as.
