It didn't exactly get removed from airing. It's the 18th episode, but 4Kids skipped dubbing it and so went from 17 to 19. However, in the Orange Islands dub, they finally realized that they could just cut this scene and another similar one out (pretty simple to do). So this was aired as a lost episode special in the Orange Islands arc. Ironically, it was the only banned episode 4Kids intended to skip, yet it was the only banned episode that had a dubbed version air.

Also, James is saying to Misty, "When you're older, you'll have a chest like this."

I'm usually against censorship, but I can't argue with the banning of this episode. Was a weird idea done in an explicit way. Bugs Bunny dresses in drag, but he doesn't look like tit-bulging hot anime chick. No doubt this episode would give a few kids some sorta perverted fetish. Like the sorts I have.

God forbid that.
