Well Anon2, I'm pretty sure the author will be fine. I think he might have a sore wrist and an odd but nice sensation in his nethers, which I believe is from simply viewing this picture since everyone else who's seen it seems to have the same symptoms. But aside from that, I'm sure he'll be fine. I'm sure he appreciates your concern.
