touma fairly attractive hes not the best looking character but he looks good just not too wild looking or anything and Anon 933964 the reason why these girls fall for touma is because of hes genuine nice guy attitude that turns the girls on and 2nd off all people have different opinions about characters i have seen plenty of reality girls that find touma attractive don't state bullshit about his character and last thing hes a popular character so just because you think his hero complex is annoying doesn't mean others do all matter of opinion.
