SE HAS to milk 13 due to the ABSOLUTE TRAINWRECK that was 14, where it's been about a year and it's still free to play to not piss off the fanbase who purchased such a broken ass fucking game.

But they will anyway when they will when they switch it back to a pay to play format soon.

Also, because they spent something like 5 years building the engine that 13 used, they MUST reuse it to have any hopes of remaking their money, given how much people seemed to hate the actual game itself.
