it was obviously on purpose the same with the new ep having natsuru from kampfer
and aria from aria the scarlet ammo as cosplays

a part of the production team or script writer etc was involved in all of them

They should so make a Hentai Anime based off this scene! It would be Great!!!
A maid cafe owner has his 7 maids work the late shift, one for each night of the week, and each night he introduces each new girl to a ~magic love potion~, followed of course by the lustfully inspired maids, eager to please their master! And ending the series with a harem worthy scene on the weekend!
