This, after Ghetsis, in in my opinion the worst villian in the whole franchise.
This woman is pure evil and the worst part is that she simply does not die, she first appeared in Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire and survived Diamond & Pearl so I wouldn't be surprised if she reappears in Pokemon Black & White.
She is not only dangerous by herself but she is so manipulative she can turn anyone into her puppets. Ghetsis manipulated people in order to appear good and to avoid being arrested, Sird manipulated people (who already knew she was dangerous) to the point that they would kill each other for her... That's how Archie and Maxie died.
Anyway, that was for those who didn't know the character. Enjoy the picture.

Damn right Lurkrella. Giovanni is much more misguided or a great trainer that strayed for his path
But both Ghetsis and this woman, Sird, are evil on different term of level.
Ghetsis are heartless bastard who manipulate his own "son" childhood memories and personalities just to capture both Zekrom and Reshiram. We don't know how ruthless he will be if Pokemon BW have more matured and complex story.
And Sird, this woman manipulate everyone for her own goal, even Giovanni himself. Not counting that she also have Darkrai and can escape from Mewtwo that pursue her.

Heck, Villain in game should as hard as them (Sird and Cyrus in PokeSpe). You need to team up to defeat the team leader. Especially Archie and Maxie because they are awesome. Not siinglehandedly defeat them all alone.
