It's a scene from first henshin game. You might be able to find the game a hongfire, if there are any working links that is. As for this gif though, I'm not sure. I haven't found any anime for the games at all.

This is not from Henshin - it's not in any of the games (nor does it match the art style) and Henshin never got an anime/hentai adaptation. Does anyone know the actual source?
