No, even the furnaces in crematorium leave large bone fragments. The fine powder you often see is the result of putting those ashes through a grinder.
There's also the significant question of what temperature an incinerator of this sort reaches. Crematoriums use ~2400 for 1.5-2 hours. But it's questionable whether or not this can reach that kind of temperature.
Also we don't know when this is. If someone finds it on at an odd time, sees shoes in front of it, and smells something very abnormal, they would likely open it.
