Is it really Ranma? Sure, she's got the blue eyes, red hair, pigtail, all of that is correct... But the hairstyle is much spikier, the pigtail is about three times longer than normal and there's a cat in front of her face (and Ranma's totally scared to death of cats, btw).

It's a bit iffy. As far as I'm concerned, this could just as well be some other redheaded character.
