This is a representation of Nezumi's stage name " Eve." It's been briefly mentioned in the latest episode of the anime that he performs plays - and it's been shown before in earlier episodes that he enjoys the works of Shakespeare and such.

I'm aware of that, but given he's a boy, and being despicted here with girl clothes I suggest to add the crossdressing tag. Wherever he's in play or not, he's still wearing a dress (or at last this is what the image shows).

Quite often young, male actors would be chosen to have the role of a female character in a play if there wasn't a suitable female to play the part, and there are even groups out there that are /solely/ male actors for all parts.

But yes, crossdressing tag definitely, and also the "trap" tag.
