This is no joke. Unless it was made with tooling for mass production, a handmade work like this can be worth a week's salary. Whoever made this had some skills...and a lot of time on hand. (However, the upside-down Eiffel tower at the bottom may have been off-the-shelf.)

I take it back...I saw how he puts this stuff together. Everything is off-the-shelf pass produced. (Except maybe the large polymer gem in the center.) It is still hand assembled however. Probably worth like $39.95 at a souvenir shop.
