Krillin was actually one of the most important chars on the entire DB history. To put the best example I can think of now, he was the ultimate trigger for Goku's Super Saiyajin transformation. If it wasn't for him, Goku would probably transform later, and the story would have been different. Krillin was his BEST, and practically, UNIQUE TRUE FRIEND Goku had. They were more than it, they were almost like brothers. He was linked very closely to the main character. You think that's not important?
