Her right eye looks like that because it's supposed to look like "shock", but both eyes should look the same! I've seen this pic 2~3 times before and didn't think of the /difference/ between the eyes.

Now that I think about it even more, the "shock" eye looks strange... If you hold your hand over the normal eye.

Maybe THAT's why they ARE different, because if both eyes had the shock style, it would look stupid... and if both looked normal the expression wouldn't be right.

Still though the difference is... ARGH!
