I've seen the original source for this, but don't remember where. It was part of a set of illustrations for a Japanese story. I don't know Japanese, but judging from the pictures, it was Konata suddenly being curvy and then getting kidnapped and raped because of it... except that it was a naughty dream Konata was having.
