Actully this is the artist's depiction of Karin just because he draws the characters with a different hair color doesn't mean it can't be the character and a lot of pictures of Karin leave out her bit marks don't be so anal just enjoy the picture

A lot of Karin fan art was created before anyone knew her hair color. The same thing is happening right now with Shirahoshi in One Piece. Also, the bite-marks weren't known about her character until the Killer Bee fight.
