I would imagine something more along the lines of this happening:
Ika-chan: "Are you sick or something Eiko?"
Eiko: (cough) "Shhhh! Don't say that or...
(Chizuru comes from behind like a ninja and swiftly masks and binds her)
Chizuru: "You're going to need plenty of sleep and medicine to nurse that cold." (^_^)
(Walks off with a scared and struggling Eiko flung over her shoulder)
Ika-chan: "Getting sick is scary!" (*_*)
