By her eye color (blue) and hair style (bangs), I think she's Nikaido, not Noi. Noi has red eyes and her hair (usually pale, even white in color) is swept back. Also, though you can't tell from the artist's style, Noi is taller and more muscular than Nikaido (who has a strong build herself), though you can't easily tell from the artist's style.
