The armor and backpack look suspiciously like the Dragonskin Tactical Outfit mod, only sleeveless. There are Dragunov and Mossberg mods floating around out there, but I've never seen an AK-74/AEK-971/Whatever-the-heck-that-thing-is with a bayonet taped to it.

Very cool.

it´s not so much the tech iteslf, but how they look, and the powers armours for the most part (expect the advance in Fallout 2 in my mind) have a very 1950 feel to them, the kind of body armour we see here? to much 1990 vibe to them.

Anon #2, I think that's an AK-104, it's a weird variant which has that fluted barrel to it. Doubt anyone would have made that as a mod though, it's not exactly as popular as the 47/74 or even the AN-94 or the AEK.

Fallout is pretty much all over the place with regards to feel for different decades. It's MOSTLY 1950's, sure (at least, Fallout 3 is), but the original games are pretty generic wasteland, and New Vegas... I dunno what New Vegas is. This doesn't look all THAT different from a Combat Armor variant. I always felt that the Fallout games had mostly a Mad Max feel, rather than being strictly 50's.
