I don't think so. None of the crucial facts that lead to the death of the male protagonist were any different for the female protagonist, so it is most likely that she dies. She did everything the same way, and the great seal still costed all her HP. And saying that she didn't die because it wasn't mentioned would be the same as saying that the male protagonist didn't die at the end of the portable version, in my opinion. Sorry, but that is too unlikely.
