Looks like she was just outside the airlock entrance when the main engine was turned on. Now she has one handhold, and is mesmerized by the engine glow.

Hope someone realizes it in time, gets in a suit, attaches a rope, and goes out to grab her. Use a clip to secure their two suits, and the hang there for the two hour maneuvering burn. The two of them, clipped together, and nothing to do the entire time.

If you're trying to suggest that they would have sex, then please be aware that trying to do so in a vacuum would certainly kill them.
