There is nothing wrong with her stats, the problem is her moveset.

It's true that she's rather restricted to mostly nothing but grass moves (source: pokemondb.net/pokedex/lilligant), which is rather troublesome when fighting pokemons that she's not advantageous against, I think I'm doing fine with Petal Dance, Grass knot, Synthesis, and Sleep Powder for now (lvl 60 currently)...

I mostly utilize her for capturing pokemons after a False Swipe.
But it would have been great if she had some physical grass skills too, cause her damage stat is waaay too high for no use... Guess it's time I breed a Petillil again...

Not the largest moveset but some great moves. I mean Petal Dance with it's Own Tempo ability makes it a strong grass type.

Lilligant's primary strategy:

Use Sleep Powder to put your foe to sleep.
Spam Quiver Dance while your foe is sleeping.
Spam Petal Dance after that.

@Anon 4

Add Hidden Power fire to finish other grass types and steels also.

The problem is fire pokemons, the most dangerous is Heatran...

For me its sleep powder, sunny day, take advantage of chlorophyll and heat rock and spam solarbeam!
