Yes I know, who he is, but how do you get him from that. Hes hair is way brighter.

Just the fact that the picture is tagged with hes name doesn't make him in to that. I have seen lot of pictures in which males represented as females and vice versa.
What if I tag this picture as "Joanna" (Made up name) and tag it Female/girl, does it turn that in to a female?

Didn't you know that Len is one of the best anime traps ever? He quite often looks like a girl, but is not. Have you ever looked him up as a trap? Have you ever seen that tiny adorable dick that's easily hid behind his pantsu? Have you ever seen his bright blue eyes illuminated by the blush painting his face? HE looks like a SHE, but that's the point of a TRAP dumbass @Gujo. Len is a shota trap, and HE is the one in this picture. I saw HIM, and I automatically knew it was Len. Automatically.
