Actually if you read the manga they ARE blood related. No idea why they changed it in the Hentai. I think because incest is kinda looked downed on even in Hentai.

^ I think it's because hentai animes tend to be a little more 'mainstream', so in turn the more 'controversial' aspects of manga/game-based hentai animes tend to be downplayed... sometimes to the point of downright butchering the original stories.

Not saying that the 'butchering' bit is the case here because I haven't seen the anime or read the manga to know by myself to be able to judge.

^The only real change in the animated version is that they aren't blood-related (and it's only mentioned once).

I'll always find it funny how monster sex and guro is more accepted in eroanime than incest. Maybe it's because incest is closer to reality?
