Lopunny can learn Switcheroo and use it to lower the speed of the opponent and/or ground Flying types or Levitate users and since Lopunny can have Klutz as an ability, the negative effect of Iron Ball won't have any effect until it switches the item.

I like that trick, too! I actually have my Lopunny hold Choice Scarf. Stall pokemon become useless when they can't choose the move they want.
