Agreed, Charlotte is probably one of the best girls in Infinite Stratos, along with Houki.

honestly, i dont' think hoaki is all that great. the only thing she has going for her is thefirst childhood friend. i for one would prefer some one more versitile or balanced, which would mean either laura or Charlotte. cause with laura, at least she can help defend you even if there are holes in her defense mechanism. and with charlotte, at least she can support you when your attacking.
