Wrong. She says はやく はやく, small version っ are not pronounced but serve to lengthen the sound of the character after it. (Though in this case, nothing comes after it so instead you could be lengthening the last く sound a bit instead, or insert a short pause between the words).
It means something like "hurry up, hurry up" in this context.
