As an artist I can tell you there are soooo many things anatomically wrong with this. Even the perspective is wrong. The direction of her hips vs. her hand. In that position with her legs the way they are, her hips are down. But the hand isn't really supposed to do that naturally and it even doesn't look natural or feel comfortable. Look at her hip direction. It's a false perspective where hand is going out and hips are going in. Not again making another reference, but nipples aren't even supposed to be able to face one another unless your breasts are really saggy, and lastly her neck and jaw look extremely deformed. TL;DR this is a poorly drawn picture and this is one of the reasons I dislike anime. They don't care, so long as it somehow looks pleasing to the eye. Sorry to rant but this picture really struck an artistic nerve.

And yet you're on an anime site, bitching about how much you dislike anime. Yes, her hips and left hand are pretty fucked up, but in case you haven't noticed, that's just how this particular artist draws; not all anime artists draw like that, so way to make sweeping, baseless generalizations that make you look like a pretentious dick, but hey, if that's what you were going for, good job.
