I for one would like to see a game based on one hundred percent original characters designed by Takehito himself.

Like he designs them, complete with attacks and whatnot and then the writers make the story? Yeah that.

What would make it even more awesome, is that he likes drawing cute girls, so aside from monsters and maybe the big bad, the whole thing would be a moe-induced heart attack.
