Want to know how to find them? It's easy. Go to Pixiv and search for 名画オマージュ (lit. 'homage to a famous picture', the Pixiv equivalent of 'fine_art_parody') and つかさ (Tsukasa), and there it is.
The story of this picture is that Kagami has a lover named Konata, and so no matter how much Tsukasa plays love songs on her flute, her yearning for her sister will never be fulfilled, but you can at least see her pure emotions in her giant eye.
