One of the episodes (The one where there was that whole story based on Chuck) Had 3 parts in it so according to your logic that still leaves it as 13 episodes.

We sadly have to face it, next week is the final episode of Panty and Stocking since the main purpose of the story was for the two to return to Heaven which Stocking already did.

Probably because what she's saying in that .gif is "I'll settle for you for one thousand." Meaning, her one thousandth fuck.

Panty may be known for (and proud of) being a bitch, but that is a new low, especially at a moment like that. Brief is the least sympathetic character I have ever seen, coming across as a whiny, wimpy, totally clueless milquetoast, but I was holding on to a shred of hope that with his expression of his in that last panel's .gif, he was about to show some fucking pride and shove her out of bed. Alas.
