It's an artist on pixiv. I forget the name right now, I'll look into it. They've done a ton of different characters, mostly Touhou and Vocaloid. And for non-fart and scat fans, there are plenty of panels (they're comics) of just butts.

Is it just me, or does Murasa look rather stocky compared to her other pics? I mean...look at that ass and those cheeks. Looks like the food they served her in marine forces didn't do her good. Well... the gassy stomach doesn't seem to bother her...
