He is the leader of Xcution and he wants to restore Kurosaki Ichigo's Shinigami powers to suit his and the organization's agenda. He is very skilled at getting what he wants and has no qualms about using more brutal methods to achieve his goals. Ichigo ends up joining Xcution and accepting Ginjou's training despite his initial doubts. Although Ginjou provides Ichigo and co. with plenty of useful information, there is also a lot he doesn't tell Ichigo. . . He is voiced by Tochi Hiroki.
