You're the one who brought up Rebecca from Cyberpunk out of nowhere. I'm just calling out something that seems silly and overdramatic.

You keep ignoring the fact that it's just one measly character and isn't going to change decades worth of loli characters. Once again, normies and anime first-timers don't really matter in the overall discussion. Rebecca isn't a true loli, but if someone casually calls her loli, it's not the end of the world. I call rebecca a loli sometimes. I first thought she was like 14 or 15, until I realized the current, western-based IP holders would never allow the blatant sexualization of a minor. (because she gave that guy a handjob)

You're definitely splitting hairs, and I'm not sure what "calling out Copium" means.

Now I agree with you there are plenty of twitter idiots who would call just about anything remotely youthful a "loli" so that they can cause drama and slander over it, but once again, those people are not going to change the definition of loli to any seasoned anime fans.

You shouldn't blame Rebecca or the creators of the Cyberpunk anime, you should just blame internet misinformation and moronic twitter freaks instead.

Putting aside the never ending war against the definition of a loli this is the way I look at it,

Flat_chest is for washboards, none or very little mound visible
Small_breasts is an A or B cup
Medium is mostly reserved for C
Large_breast are D to E
Giant_breasts are E to G
Gigantic is anything above G

Frankly I’m most familiar with anything from flat to medium, anything above that is a gray zone because nobody bothers to research bra cup sizes.

Yeah we're on the same page on that. I just wish there was a illustrated viral meme/chart in imageboard circles. Getting more people on the same page.

With the exception of my opening statements. And I'll admit they may have been a bit of a put down to certain people. Afterwards. When did I ever sound like I was on a high horse?

Kind of pointless question since we now know you didn't bother to read everything I wrote.
I dedicated three sentences to acknowledging Lolita style and Gothic Lolita style. But you missed that. And linked a pointless picture.
Also please don't play the "terms change over time" card, when it comes to the word "Lolita". Save the mental gymnastics. We literally just had a movie based off a manga/anime called Battle Angel Lolita. And it had absolutely nothing to do with girls in Victorian Dresses. It had to do with a young girl.
Granted it was more of a special case of being mentally immature, than actual age.

I never blamed Rebecca. She's fictional. I only brought her up because that's when I noticed a paradigm shift. I do blame internet misinformation. I blame guys like Rev Says Desu on youtube. The sudden uptick of misinformation couldn't be ignored. Fastforward a year or so down the line. And now all these guys on imageboards are using the term pettanko interchangeably with loli. Or to incorrectly describe a loli.

Lastly I didn't bring Rebecca up out of nowhere. Did you even read Mderms' comment? My reply to his comment about lolis, was valid and a reasonable response.
You even admitted to thinking she wasn't an adult. So Rebecca was decent example by that just omission. You realized on your own through critical thinking, she had to be an adult. Well...

What I wrote on the first page was my own critical thoughts, on a devisive subject.
I'm not just typing out of my butt. Please read everything I write before responding.
Then we can have a proper discussion.

Btw I had to write all this twice. Because the post didn't go through.

Ironic considering you missed my point as well.
"A type of fashion" and the "pointless picture" are relevant, Lolita has many type of subthemes, one which is classic, sweet and gothic. Lolita isn't just gothic, it has alot of themes.

Nice, the first time you blamed the show runners for "refining" the term loli while your spoiler pretty much aligns with my argument.
Keep entertain me.

You can't be serious. On either of those points. You've got nothing.
You didn't read what I wrote initially and then brought it up like I never mentioned it before. Hence rendering your points made, pointless. Adding up to what exactly? Your rebuttal that Lolita fashion has many branched off styles. Doesn't negate my already acknowledgement of it's existence. It's like me saying, "Wizards of the Coast owns many TCG(tradingcardgame) brands, like Magic the Gathering. And you sliding in and saying, "But You do realize they own Pokemon and YuGiOh?
It was implied already. Thanks captain.

And you think my spoiler supports your argument how? We never touched on mental ages. So that doesn't work. I only admitted/acknowledged that my spoiler creates a tiny hole in the point I was making. In the spirit of fairness. When it came to defining the term lolita and how it's recognized today.
I'll even admit that I fckd up the title(probably was tired from work). Something nobody caught. It's Alita Battle Angel and Battle Angel: Alita for the anime/manga. Leon the Professional might've been a slightly better example. Since the international version supposedly has "lolita" vibes. In addition to that, the director married/knocked up a 16 y.o. child actress they met only five years prior. But the movie/story is about a 12 y.o. played by 12 y.o. Natalie Portman. Who is take in by a male assassin, after her family is murdered.

Lastly the showrunners of Edgerunners didn't refine squat. They only added to the confusion. Hence Mderms' original comment.

As a gigantic enjoyer I have problems identifying when something can be seen as too much or even grotesque, many of my posts had to be retagged from huge_ to gigantic_ and some of my large_ to huge_

I still have no problem tagging loli, if she has wide_hips and thick thighs is not a loli, if she has short spagetti limbs and a big head with big eyes she is a loli.

I know right. But not a bad way to go about it. There's worst ways to differentiate.

Moving on. Medium Breasts:

More likely to be confused for small and large breasts. I believe Medium breasts can create cleavage. Can actually hang. May be drawn in all sorts of shapes. Can create a noticeable shadow. When looking down. Probably would only obscure the feet somewhat, but not entirely. Will protrude from the chest noticeably more than small breasts. Probably wouldn't come as close to the navel as large breasts. Cleavage can be seen when wearing a shirt with no bra. Medium breasts aren't generally drawn being able to be seen from the back. And also can't be hidden by hand-bra. And probably can't do the drink from your cleavage challenge. They have volume when a character is lying on their side or back.
