Hello, I registered to help with tagging, and i couldn't create a wiki for an artist tag i created. The tag in question is "yuchenz34382399" and i tried adding the following info:
"Pixiv: pixiv.net/users/74512613
Weibo: weibo.com/u/7524650650
Twitter: twitter.com/yuchenz34382399"
After I press "Create Wiki" page just reloads and nothing changes. Tried it both on firefox and clean chrome.

I think it is because of the same bug I came across some time ago. You have to do this in the exact same order:
Wiki > create > put the EXACT existing tag name in the title and then the description you want.
If you try searching for the tag and then creating the description based on what the site does for you, then it won't work. Pretty weird tbh. Already did the job for you so don't worry :D

It's not a bug, is a feature. As far as I know it is intentional.
I think it was because people were creating wikis by mistake.
