Everyone complains about fillers in anime so what's your opinion of making them worth watching?

More fanservice of course. The solution of all the anime problems.

I'm not really bothered by most filler. Leaving a show with an open ending is what annoys me.

The best kind of filler tells a side-story, or gives the plot and the audience room to breathe, while still developing a character or the overall world. Fanservice is always welcome. The worst kind is a simple recap. Recaps should die a horrible death.

Agreed. And if it doesn't add or effects the main story at least add some trivial activities that reflects on the characters outside their profession. Maybe rare coin collecting, bird watching or have some characters give each other homemade gifts. Heck maybe some gardening of flowers and vegetable.

Less episodes about a ghost who wants to make a cake, more episodes where Kon steals Ichigo's body and raw dogs Orihime.

It's been a while since I watched a shonen anime with lots of episodes and filler, however I think the obvious one is to just flesh out the character interaction (give fans what they want), write good side stories that mean something, and make it all feel less like worthless..... well... filler.

Most anime these days have largely cleaned up their filler act, so it's a bit difficult to analyze without going back and watching older anime. In fact, I think Boruto is one of the few currently airing anime that has a serious "filler problem"

Based. Orihime was one of my first anime crushes, and I wanted to self-insert as Ichigo and go on a date with her.

This was long before I was a horndog. I knew I as attracted to Orihime's big titties, but I didn't want to start sticking my penis between them until years later

For me it's really about if I have a good time watching it or not. Most of the time they're annoying, but I enjoyed One Piece fillers a lot. For bleach it was so much bs I decided to just skip it, but they kept mentioning it and the characters tied to the filers in the rest of the story! What the hell?

Do you think Sousou-No_Frieren's filler are acceptable where she finds weird spells and drugs to do mediocre work plus the mini flash back of Himmel? Personally I am fine with it along with the mini dates going for Stark and Fern.
