I know that with 3D stuff I am a bit of an elitist asshole. I have always been a 3D nerd. I like checking and reading about rendering, I check videos about 3D engines, read articles, I have seen what amateurs and pros can do with enough power and talent. And that has skewed my standards on what is possible and what pros and amateurs can do.

It's a meme, almost dead even.

I never cared about realism, honestly.

Sadly, instead of realism, the west is going for uggos, now.

And I hate that this is so true. Literally the three most recent games I've been enjoying back to back each have one thing in common: they each deliberately made their female characters uglier and dumpier for no goddamn sensible reason.

Thank god for Japan. Cammy, Chun-Li, Tifa, Yuffie, Ashley Graham, Ada Wong, etc. manage to each look like real women whilst also being very beautiful and sexy.

Ironically, the actors behind those models looks so better than the game itself.

They do, which is why I'm not sure how they've gotten away with it.

May as well sue for slander and defamation, given how they uggo them up.

Oh well, I have boatgirls to look at, so who needs this 3D shit.

I think there's a lot of hurdles preventing such lawsuits, especially since they're usually kept secretive, but it'd be funny if did actually happen.
