Hi gelbooru team,

as a 3D artist I'm looking for a new platform to publish my content.
Currently limited to post due to lack of contributions. Most of my work is already uploaded here, I could offer to provide the original files; often higher resolution, uncensored. The total count of video files is 70.
I would love to have my own gallery to publish here, since my content is free anyway.

Are creators even allowed here to post and self promote?
How much would I need to contribute in order to post that amount?

I’m not a mod nor admin, so my answer is merely speculation, but yes, content creators are allowed to post their own work as long as it follows the sites rules. I don’t think blatant self promotion of your works is allowed, but posting direct links of the original source on your own posts are allowed.

You’d likely have to provide a form of solid proof that you’re actually kaogum. After they can confirm you, they’ll allow you to have a site banner that links to your other socials (such as patreon or subscribestar)

The self promotion would be a link source to my subscribestar page with each post. Simply for donations, as content remains free.

Did something happen with the other platforms you were using? I see a lot of them went private.

The websites themselves want private or are we talking social media sites? or is this a discord thing?

If something did happen to many places at once, I can only assume its those shitty credit card and advertising rules against content pushed by the US and EU.

I meant the accounts were listed as private.

Pixiv and pixivFanbox were the sites I used to publish content.
Then a suspension without chance to recover, both sites set to private for public.
Like DougDimmadome, I can only assume here. My mistake was probably that how stuff was published. Everything was set to public including thumbnails and video files, even with censorship and no distribution through 3rd party links in mails, comments etc. Should have kept it hidden.

Anyway I came up with an idea to proof I'm the real kaogum.
I could make a short animation (1-2 seconds), showing one of my characters waving or so, texture paint a gelbooru logo on their skin or maybe a name from an admin. With your consent then share the video here or private message through a link catbox/litterbox.

I used to be on baraag but left during the problems in december 2022. (gates closed for public, server limits cause twitter user wave etc.)
Now as an artist, you have to apply for their instance. Unfortunately I was rejected, because they currently can't accept more 3D artists. On a different post I saw, they are in progress of expanding though.
