The ToS states that the artist of the image has to be Japanese, so if you're not from Japan, you can't upload your own work.

Try moving to Japan. and censor your genitals.
In the end, Japanese artists aren't uploading there own images to Gelbooru either. Its a weaboo site for weaboos who upload Japanese works.

That's where everyone else takes their complaints against the rule (even though the mods didn't originally intend for it to be). It probably won't do any good but...

Well I dont see a reason to fight over something so petty, Instead I'll use Danbooru. In the end all I wanted to do was share my fan work of mahou shoujo madoka magica. And yet another way for QB to die. But like I said, I dont feel like wasting anymore enegry over the topic then I already have as of now. Some of the mods arn't even japanese and yet they still do what they want -_-;

There are only a few reasons I can see for why it was.
1.) "Non-Japanese: Anything not drawn by a Japanese artist is not allowed." Now there is no proof you have that I'm Japanese or not, so that's not a possible reason.
2.) "Poorly compressed: Any image where compression artifacts are easily visible." It is a jpeg, but I saved it uncompressed, and did not see any artifacts on my end.
3.) The image depicts the logo of a company not affiliated with Gelbooru. Gelbooru may be avoiding copyright infringement.
Please tell me which one of these it could potentially be.

That's the deletion reason.
I wasn't the one who deleted it, but I doubt Hooters is very popular in Nihon, and all the text in the image being in English doesn't help. Sounds like the person who did had doubt of whoever made it being Japanese.
If I worded that badly, sorry, I have the biggest headache right now.

Well it's not really killing QB, just traping him in a tail/dragon/snake attached to a elf girls butt that has a inter dimensional portal at the end of it where you'll get lost forever lol. Better then death!
