Possible artist tag collision: Posts 3996584, 3996585, and 3996586 are by someone named カニ缶 at <twitter.com/defcom137>. They're tagged "kanikan", but that tag is primarily used for someone named かに缶 (written in hiragana instead of katakana) at <twitter.com/kan_267>.

I found this tag on a pic by this artist www.pixiv.net/en/users/643198/artworks but it's not set as an artist tag and is also used to tag pics where a character has done an oops- forgetting to wear pants, dropping something etc. Does that artist have a correct tag and is there a more correct tag for accidents?

Oops is the correct tag for this artist. I've gone ahead and fixed the tag type.
There is an 'accident' tag (the definition is "Being in a bad situation due to being clumsy or plain bad luck."). There are a bunch of more specific ones (wardrobe_malfunction, accidental_exposure, tripping, dropping, etc.) that can be used where appropriate as well.

We should replace the "oops" tag on posts that are not by this artist with "accident" I suppose.
